Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick up, deliver, and move supplies, equipment, and materials to support office and team operations
• Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries and packages
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and presentable
• Set up and break down for meetings, events, and visitors
• Support procurement workflows, including vendor coordination and PO tracking
• Coordinate with vendors for facilities and office needs
• Support various operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities, or a related field
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move supplies and packages
• Able to work on-site in El Segundo, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with procurement, supply chain, or vendor management
• Familiarity with Jira or SharePoint
• Interest in aerospace, defense, or hardware startups
