Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and merge orders accurately to meet production goals
- Replenish, restock, and rebag or reticket merchandise as needed
- Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, and build pallets
- Maintain a clean and safe designated work area following all safety guidelines
- Perform various warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventorying
- Operate equipment and handheld devices in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours in a non-climate controlled facility
- Physical ability to lift 30+ lbs regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance
- Proficiency in basic math computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to use desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and a willingness to learn
