Operations Associate I

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and merge orders accurately to meet location standards
• Perform replenishment, rebagging, and reticketing of merchandise
• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, and build pallets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventorying tasks as needed
• Operate equipment and handheld devices safely and efficiently

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
• Basic computer skills and experience with Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
• Ability to perform basic math computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Physical ability to stand or walk for 8-12 hour shifts in a non-climate controlled facility
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance
• Ability to climb stairs, bend, twist, stoop, reach, pull, and push

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production work environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
