Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end shipments across all modes including bookings, documentation, and milestone tracking
• Communicate with clients, carriers, trucking providers, and customs teams
• Troubleshoot shipment exceptions and escalate issues with recommended solutions
• Maintain data accuracy across systems to meet KPIs and client SLAs
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions using AI and automation
• Build or contribute to internal tools, dashboards, and workflows
• Collaborate with country management, operations leads, and sales teams

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insight capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commercial acumen to identify business opportunities
• Ability to make sound judgements in ambiguous situations
• Proficiency with AI tools and data fluency
• Experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics is welcome but not required
