Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and curation of collectibles using Fanatics Collect formatting standards
• Review, organize, and archive assets for vault storage
• Prepare assets for auction listings including image and video review
• Perform pre- and post-authentication processes
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and manage high volumes of packages
• Prepare, package, and label orders accurately
• Maintain accurate digital inventory records and monitor inventory systems
• Collaborate across departments to resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or asset management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using computers and inventory management software
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks like lifting or bending
• High level of integrity when handling high-value assets
