Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of vehicle documentation, including titling, registration, insurance, and financing
• Work closely with relevant DMV offices and lending partners to ensure a smooth transaction experience
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to vehicle sales
• Conduct research to navigate and interpret compliance requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to review high volumes of sensitive documentation with accuracy and discretion
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for automotive, powersports, or related vehicle industries
• Proven experience in vehicle dealership operations, especially in titling, financing & insurance (F&I), or sales
• Experience operating in a fast-moving startup environment
