Operations Associate, Deal Term Analytics

Responsibilities

• Track syndicated loan and high yield bond primary markets using proprietary data feeds
• Review deal documentation to identify key features
• Create database records for new transactions
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance processes related to private documents
• Grant entitled clients access to private information
• Maintain records of market coverage
• Partner with covenant operations and legal analysts to minimize time-to-data
• Collaborate with the commercial team to provide excellent client service
• Liaise with offshore data team and London/USA teams on workflow and data initiatives
• Collaborate on and lead various administrative and operational projects

Requirements

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in spreadsheets
• Ability to write professionally in English
• Interest in financial services, legal subjects, and data management
• Proactive and collaborative team player
• Ability to prioritize effectively among multiple tasks and work effectively to client deadlines
• University degree or equivalent qualification
• Authorized to work in Colombia
