Operations Associate - Currency Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire trade lifecycle from confirmation to settlement, reconciliation, and client reporting for FX Spots, Forwards, OTC Options, and various Swaps.
• Manage multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting for listed equities and all OTC products.
• Conduct research on global regulatory compliance and industry best practices to ensure adherence to requirements.
• Support the review and management of ISDA and CSA agreements, Investment Management Agreements, and other contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain high-quality written operational procedures and documentation.
• Assist in leading ad hoc operational projects related to client and risk operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in derivatives operations and collateral management.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with mathematics and financial calculations.
• Experience working with global custodian banks.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL or Python.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory filings.
