About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock orders and ensuring product accuracy.
  • Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly for omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized back-of-house area in compliance with retail operations standards.
  • Perform quality control on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
  • Support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization.
  • Ensure all stockroom equipment is fully operational and report maintenance needs.
  • Handle administrative tasks including answering phones, liaising with customer service, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc requests for events, visual merchandising, and stock takes.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with SAP.
