About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse
- Ensure accuracy of received products and report any discrepancies immediately
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner for Omnichannel and stock pullbacks
- Maintain a tidy and organized back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards
- Perform quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead
- Support aftersales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization
- Monitor stockroom equipment to ensure it is fully operational
- Handle adhoc administrative tasks such as answering phones, liaising with customer service, and managing office supplies
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, and stock taking
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable
