About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse
  • Ensure accuracy of received products and report any discrepancies immediately
  • Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner for Omnichannel and stock pullbacks
  • Maintain a tidy and organized back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards
  • Perform quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead
  • Support aftersales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization
  • Monitor stockroom equipment to ensure it is fully operational
  • Handle adhoc administrative tasks such as answering phones, liaising with customer service, and managing office supplies
  • Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, and stock taking

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable
