Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for move-in, including furnishing, stocking, and minor fixes
• Resolve on-the-ground issues such as guest lockouts, cosmetic repairs, and WiFi troubleshooting
• Perform pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using mobile checklists
• Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure brand standards for décor and presentation
• Support local operations including key inventory and storage organization
• Coordinate between field operations, leadership, and the Customer Experience team

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks like furniture assembly and minor repairs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move items over 30 lbs regularly
• Proficiency with Slack, G Suite, and mobile task applications
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Access to a reliable vehicle for mileage reimbursement
