Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead daily trade activity and settlement of Primary and Secondary trades using WSO, ClearPar, and BlackMountain
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and Fund Management for allocations and trade settlements
• Work with agent banks on trade discrepancies, timing, and KYC
• Manage trade fundings and record keeping with Trustees and Custodians
• Record and verify Paydowns, Drawdowns, Interest rate resets, and PIK interest calculations
• Assist with new fund onboarding and bank account setup
• Coordinate wire documentation with Finance and Treasury teams
• Prepare daily and monthly reports for Asset Backed Lending, CLO Lite, and Warehouse facilities
• Monitor cash flow analysis and assist with capital calls and distributions

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related major
• 5-8 years of professional experience, ideally focused on debt products
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of WSO, ClearPar, and BlackMountain
