Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and reverse transfers
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and execute floor set updates
• Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business and guest needs

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move for an entire shift
• Ability to safely climb up and down a ladder
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated and able to work both individually and as a team
