Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Run legal matters end-to-end against playbooks including DD reviews, professional appointments, contract reviews, and ancillaries
• Work directly with AI agents through prompting, reviewing outputs, and escalating matters requiring senior judgment
• Track and improve personal throughput, speed per matter, revision rates, and error rates
• Coordinate with clients and counterparties regarding emails, documents, and status updates
• Improve operational playbooks to find faster and cleaner ways of working

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-throughput operational or GTM role (e.g., BDR/SDR, AE, CS, strategy, Ops, or solutions engineering)
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify and fix workflow bottlenecks
• High level of precision and ability to follow detailed instructions without drift
• Optimization for speed and execution
• Daily comfort and fluency using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working at a legaltech startup
