Operations Associate, AI

Responsibilities

• Identify patient disengagement points and build automated systems and adaptive pathways to prevent it
• Design and implement personalized care pathways that respond to individual patient needs
• Build infrastructure to measure practitioner performance and provide automated coaching feedback
• Define world-class patient care standards using tools like Claude, n8n, Zendesk, and Lorikeet
• Raise the AI bar across the team by sharing new tools, techniques, and approaches
• Use data and patient insights to diagnose problems and validate solutions

Requirements

• Native use of AI in daily workflows (agents, automations, or code)
• User-centric problem-solving approach
• Data-led decision-making skills
• Self-directed and intellectually curious mindset
• 2-3 years of experience building products, businesses, internal tools, or applied AI work

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude, n8n, Zendesk, or Lorikeet
• Exposure to healthcare, telehealth, or patient-facing services
