Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with DSPs and drivers to ensure attendance, route readiness, and compliance
• Manage morning dispatch execution, including route preparation, allocation accuracy, and driver briefings
• Oversee redelivery assignments and service recovery to prevent package backlogs
• Perform address corrections and data verification to reduce delivery failures
• Identify, categorize, and investigate exception packages such as damaged or missing items
• Maintain real-time communication between dispatch, DSPs, warehouse, and management teams

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, last-mile operations, or dispatch coordination
• Familiarity with the DSP model and driver performance management
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dispatch systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in English, Chinese, or Spanish
