Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products
• Process returns by counting and confirming quantities, determining condition, and completing necessary paperwork
• Arrange shipment pick-ups, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules
• Communicate effectively with various company departments to ensure smooth operations
• Respond quickly to customer and client inquiries, resolve problems, and escalate service issues to supervisors
• Perform daily cycle counts and follow up on variances
• Update weekly reports and assist with data collection
• Encourage and maintain safe work practices within the facility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• Moderate computer skills for data collection and reporting
• Ability to work the morning shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow supervision
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or operations (though entry-level candidates are welcome as full training is provided)
