Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on tasks between HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management
• Track open actions, deadlines, pending approvals, and internal requests
• Prepare and update reports, trackers, dashboards, and summaries for management
• Collect and organize information from various departments into clear reports
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points
• Support internal projects, recruitment follow-ups, and sales support actions
• Escalate delays, missing information, or blocked topics to ensure timely completion
• Assist the Operations team with daily coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proactive and assertive communication style with the ability to chase updates
• Willingness to work 6 days per week on-site in Ras Al Khaimah

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, hospitality, marine, or international business environments
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or project management tools
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, or Polish
