Operations Assistant

SMAC is a company specializing in waterproofing and facade work, located in metropolitan France, overseas departments (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Mayotte), and internationally in Morocco, Chile, Peru, and Spain. With over 2,000 employees and a network of 60 establishments in France, SMAC carries out more than 10,000 construction sites annually.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Agency Manager to process construction phase files
• Supervise Site Managers in the execution of their construction sites
• Manage financial responsibility for operations, including management control, monthly turnover validation, and invoicing
• Validate and/or draft DOE (as-built documents), feedback reports, and documents involving company liability
• Manage and monitor supplies (quality, quantity, price, and deadlines)
• Develop partnerships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Manage equipment fleets and site safety
• Monitor claims and contractual guarantees

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or Structural Works (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, and rigor
