About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily close-out by verifying truck returns, equipment accountability, and organized returned products
- Communicate constantly with drivers, warehouse, sales, and leadership teams
- Assist with billing, inspections, reporting, and tracking KPIs
- Manage customer service inquiries via phone, text, and email regarding delays or damages
- Coordinate service and repair escalations and manage home damage claims
- Resolve product damage concerns and negotiate settlements
Requirements
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mentality with a focus on proactive resolution
- Proficiency in Excel and various software systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Availability for a 5-day work week including one weekend day
