Operations Assistant - Partner Training

Responsibilities

• On-board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network through field visits.
• Set up dashboards on Careem-provided or partner devices.
• Manage a diverse range of partners, including large food chains, small outlets, flower shops, and pharmacies.
• Maintain daily trackers and log all dispatched devices to ensure partners go online in a timely manner.
• Provide retraining and technical troubleshooting for partners facing operational difficulties.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and similar software tools.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with a flair for e-commerce and internet-led business models.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stretched targets.
• Must be on your own visa.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
