About the role
Responsibilities
- On-board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network through field visits.
- Set up dashboards on Careem-provided or partner devices.
- Manage a diverse range of partners, including large food chains, small outlets, flower shops, and pharmacies.
- Maintain daily trackers and log all dispatched devices to ensure partners go online in a timely manner.
- Provide retraining and technical troubleshooting for partners facing operational difficulties.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and similar software tools.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with a flair for e-commerce and internet-led business models.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stretched targets.
- Must be on your own visa.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
