Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the growth and packing of microgreens
• Harvesting, packing, labeling, and boxing produce
• Cleaning and sanitizing growing area
• Measuring and preparing seed for planting
• Recording and documenting food safety procedures

Requirements

• Basic mathematic knowledge and skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in restaurants, greenhouses, or agricultural production
• Proficiency with MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Ability to follow safety and food safety procedures
