About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock orders and ensuring product accuracy.
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly for Omnichannel and stock pullback requests.
- Maintain a tidy and organized back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Perform quality control on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
- Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is fully operational and report maintenance needs.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks such as answering phones, liaising with customer service, and managing office supplies.
- Assist management with events, visual merchandising, and stock taking as required.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a busy retail environment.
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
