Operations Assembler

Responsibilities

• Perform component-level repairs on IT equipment, including server racks and related hardware
• Follow instructions from data center system tools to complete tasks based on priority
• Maintain the security and integrity of sensitive IT components
• Identify and report issues with equipment or machines following established procedures
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment and maintain necessary tools
• Complete regular training courses for new maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements

• Knowledge of IT and hardware environments and components
• Ability to understand technical and computer-specific terminology
• Precision in handling delicate components
• Intermediate English skills for written and verbal instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lb (23kg) and perform bending, kneeling, and climbing

• Previous experience with computer hardware and component functions
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Strong fine motor skills and attention to detail
• Rational thinking and logical troubleshooting abilities
