Operations and Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and services for one or more tertiary buildings
• Coordinate integrated services and act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Orchestrate various stakeholders including Asset Managers, Property Managers, and maintenance providers
• Perform operational reporting
• Manage contracts by analyzing, drafting, or modifying client, provider, and subcontractor agreements
• Draft contract amendments for assigned sites
• Support the commercial department by participating in tender responses
• Act as a preferred partner for real estate actors and occupants

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +2 degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Facility Management
• Experience in luxury retail or catering sectors is ideal
• Strong interpersonal skills and charisma
• High emotional and situational intelligence
• Rigorous and adaptable
• Excellent writing skills
