Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, including reception duties, incoming calls, and visitor management
- Oversee office maintenance, supplies, equipment, and facilities coordination
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Organise company and social events, including budgeting and coordination
- Handle travel and accommodation bookings for staff
- Process expenses, purchase orders, and invoices
- Provide project assistance and data management support for various departments
- Support people and culture through employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar administrative role
- Experience in event management and planning
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
