About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of offshore installation plant and equipment in the Southern North Sea
  • Maximize and optimize production opportunities to achieve day-to-day targets
  • Execute planned and corrective maintenance routines and investigate technical anomalies
  • Demonstrate excellent safety leadership by implementing Shell’s Health and Safety expectations
  • Act as a competent Isolation Owner and permit holder within a safe system of work
  • Provide first-line emergency response duties in accordance with the Installation Station Bill
  • Monitor and log asset status proactively and report defects using SAP
  • Assist with the production of isolation packs, work permits, and work packs for maintenance tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and plant operation
  • Demonstrated safety leadership and commitment to high safety standards
  • Competency in isolation ownership and permit holding
  • Ability to perform emergency response duties under direction
  • Experience in instrument maintenance is preferred, though other technical trades will be considered

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with P-Vision or similar safe system of work software
  • Proficiency in using SAP for defect reporting and resource management
  • Previous experience in instrument maintenance or as a Control Room Operator (CRO)
