About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management, including vendor coordination for building and equipment upkeep.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy, stock availability, and consistent processes.
  • Direct daily operations across multiple warehouse sites, managing receiving, shipping, and dispatch.
  • Supervise the on-premises repair function for hydraulic and electrical control systems, managing technical crews and deadlines.
  • Identify operational concerns and collaborate with the executive team to implement remedies.
  • Lead and mentor junior managers and staff to maintain accountability and team cohesion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of operations or general management experience within an industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environment.
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating operations across multiple sites.
  • Working knowledge of industrial repair processes, specifically hydraulic or electrical control systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel) and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage shifting daily priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of operations management experience.
  • Direct familiarity with the ACCTIVATE ERP system.
  • Master's degree in business management or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on aptitude for assisting with hydraulic, electrical, or facilities maintenance.
  • Background in multi-site industrial or manufacturing operations.
