Operations and Documentation Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational and documentation activities independently from initiation to completion
• Coordinate and review supporting documentation to ensure alignment with Written Standards and governance processes
• Support the development, enhancement, and adoption of agile business processes and tools
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation and propose practical solutions to stakeholders
• Partner with Training colleagues to support the development of learning curricula for business readiness
• Engage with cross-functional colleagues to gather requirements and communicate process changes
• Support audit and inspection readiness activities, including contribution to corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)

Requirements

• College or university degree
• 5 years of experience in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare
• Experience developing or maintaining written standards, procedures, or document management
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with digital tools and documentation platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a compliance-driven environment
• Exposure to continuous improvement or agile ways of working
• Experience supporting audit, assessment, or CAPA activities
• Experience working with cross-functional, regional, or global stakeholders
