Operations and Data Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer core data systems including HubSpot CRM, Notion, and deal-tracking tools
• Ensure data integrity across portfolio companies, contacts, deals, and talent pipelines
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs
• Design and implement workflows for shared services operations such as deal intake and onboarding
• Support AI agent design, monitoring, and process automation
• Coordinate between strategic partners and the Shared Services Team to ensure execution
• Act as a power user for Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, and Google Workspace
• Implement lightweight automations to enhance data flows between systems

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, PMO, or data management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and project management platforms
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, data models, and visualization tools like Excel or Power BI
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in family offices, investment firms, or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT)
• Certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM) or data analysis
