Operations and Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Execute customer-facing rental operations including check-ins, check-outs, and briefings
• Manage service incidents and emergencies with empathy
• Prepare and perform professional motorhome demonstrations to convert leads into buyers
• Follow up on leads and sales actions within the CRM
• Maintain technical knowledge of motorhome models and perform basic system demonstrations (lighting, gas, etc.)
• Detect and resolve technical issues or escalate them when necessary

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive sectors
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical vehicle systems
• Practical, adaptable, and solution-oriented profile under pressure
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in lead management
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• English proficiency
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the depot for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift or carry light to moderate objects (10–15 kg)
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during high season

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools, rental systems, or digital sales software
• Proficiency in the local language
