Operations and Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and achievement of operational objectives
• Act as the primary on-ground interface with the client (Chevron) for daily execution and task management
• Direct and manage workforce performance, including behaviors, productivity, and safety compliance
• Conduct toolbox talks and reinforce critical risk controls to maintain safe work practices
• Monitor operational output, identify bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective actions
• Manage ERP data accuracy, timesheets, system integrity, and workforce planning/rosters
• Ensure plant and equipment are used, maintained, and operated appropriately
• Monitor and report on monthly KPIs, downtime, and financial performance impacts

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role
• Extensive experience in managing an industrial workforce
• Cert IV in Frontline Management or equivalent (or currently working towards it)
• Valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s License
