Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical reporting cadences for the Demand & Service Quality Operations team
• Drive projects to deep dive on operational challenges and improve business outcomes
• Design and develop metrics and dashboards to enable operations managers to self-serve data
• Leverage AI to improve data analysis efficiency
• Communicate business results and insights to cross-functional partners and leadership
• Partner with Product Data Science, Product Management, and User Research teams

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in analytical roles
• Expert level SQL and Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Exceptional data visualization and quantitative modeling skills
• Ability to build data-driven business cases for operational improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 10% to visit local markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth technology or mobility company
• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar statistical programming languages
• Previous experience leveraging data to drive operational improvements
• Experience in AV, mobility technology, urban planning, or transportation
