Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer the sales compensation process, including calculating and validating monthly and quarterly commission payouts.
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, Xactly, and Workday by reconciling commission, employee, and sales data.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to establish sales quotas and support annual compensation plan rollouts.
• Generate and present reports on commissions, sales performance, forecasting, and other key operational metrics.
• Provide operational support to Worldwide Sales & Services, including analysis of bookings and selling trends.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Consulting, HR, Finance, and Operations to drive excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Xactly or a similar incentive compensation management platform.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment.
