Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Worldwide Sales & Services through forecasting, margin optimization, pricing, and selling pattern analyses
• Partner with Human Resources to manage employee setup in compensation systems, including roles, quotas, and rates
• Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and distribute sales quotas and roll out new compensation plans
• Generate and present regular reports regarding commission payouts, performance metrics, and business trends
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity through regular audits and monitoring of data input accuracy
• Develop cross-functional relationships with Sales, Consulting, HR, Finance, and Operations to execute strategic priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, finance, economics, or a related analytical field
• 1-2 years of related professional experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, multi-tasking environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Familiarity with the business intelligence analytics industry
• Experience with Xactly or comparable compensation management software
