Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Utilize NetSuite ERP and NSAW to extract and analyze operational data
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for production and fulfillment
• Support business planning through forecasting and variance analysis
• Conduct root cause analyses on production and inventory issues
• Partner with Finance to validate operational and financial data alignment
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Standardize reporting processes and maintain data governance
• Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Present actionable insights to management via visualizations
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives and Kaizens

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain analysis
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modeling), and data visualization
• Proficiency in project management software like Smartsheet
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Familiarity with warehouse automation or e-commerce fulfillment
