Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage user and group access on Microsoft Entra ID ensuring compliance with policies
• Monitor systems using observability tools like Grafana, Site24/7, and CloudWatch
• Act as first responder for reported incidents, classifying severity and documenting findings
• Perform deep analysis of issues to escalate to development teams with necessary context
• Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and technical leads to ensure platform stability
• Leverage AI to optimize operational processes and automate repetitive tasks

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Operations within web/digital environments
• Experience with access administration and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency with incident management and ticketing tools like Jira
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Site24/7, CloudWatch)
• Proficiency with Git for source code management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain technical problems simply
• Excellent French (spoken and written) and intermediate English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of DNS configuration and management
