Operations Analyst Program - Trading & Margin Services

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review risk and control processes to ensure compliance and minimize financial loss
• Document, update, and enhance operational workflows and procedures
• Escalate and resolve operational issues by collaborating with management and cross-functional teams
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and management statistics
• Assist in preparing ad hoc inquiries for both internal and external clients
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of investment instruments and their effect on portfolio valuation
• Understand infrastructure securities and non-listed securities pricing methodologies

Requirements

• 1 year of industry experience in day-to-day operations processing
• Strong knowledge of global financial markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Securities Lending, Settlements, Trade Support, or Middle Office roles
• Experience with automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Python
• Proven track record in process improvement and risk mitigation
• Ability to operate independently and as a collaborative team player
• Experience in workflow documentation and reporting
