Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, analytical, and organizational support to Air Force program divisions
• Manage DTS travel orders, authorizations, and vouchers, providing expertise and training to personnel
• Collect, validate, and analyze division data to support leadership decision-making
• Serve as project manager for special studies, preparing reports, findings, and recommendations
• Conduct research on policy, procedures, regulations, and legal or contractual requirements
• Coordinate across directorates, centers, and HQ USAF to support operational alignment
• Maintain master files and tracking systems for classified and unclassified material
• Use specialized systems including AFRIMS, DTS, SOCCER, ETMS2/TMT, MICT, and PMRT
• Support manning tracking, correspondence preparation, and office supply coordination
• Assist with self-inspections, corrective action tracking, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, analysis, or program support
• Proficiency with DTS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with DoD or USAF program offices preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
