Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Complete control checkpoints, entitlement reconciliations, and beneficiary holdings reporting accurately and on time
• Process transactions with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and strong control discipline
• Review and update processes and procedures to reduce risk and improve the operating environment
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across operations, client service, product, and technology teams
• Analyze complex data to identify anomalies and develop solutions to drive optimal outcomes
• Manage a high volume of queries by owning responses and communicating clearly on status and deadlines
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements using automation and disciplined project execution

Requirements

• 1 year of industry experience with day-to-day operations processing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting asset servicing in a custody or investment banking environment
• Experience performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for new applications
• Knowledge of market processes and requirements
• Experience driving process enhancement initiatives using digital or automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, or AI tools)
