About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional expert for the supply-chain footprint of Infor M3, including demand planning, MRP, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and distribution
  • Translate supply-chain business requirements into stable, well-governed M3 configuration and process improvements
  • Analyze and develop sustainable business solutions using business intelligence tools and reports
  • Research and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance organizational performance
  • Follow project management methodologies for requirements definition, planning, risk assessment, and vendor management
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy new or enhanced supply-chain ERP solutions and automations
  • Provide tier 2–3 support for supply-chain system questions and manage master-data setup and reconciliation
  • Configure core M3 supply-chain programs, including settings, sorting orders, and function controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4+ years of experience in ERP functional/business analysis or implementation with a supply-chain focus
  • Experience with Infor M3 preferred (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics also considered)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to document processes and manage outcomes with a focus on stability and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP, ISM CPSM, or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience in the chemical, manufacturing, or distribution industry
  • Familiarity with EDI order/ship/invoice flows and integration concepts (ION/BODs, APIs)
