About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional expert for the supply-chain footprint of Infor M3, including demand planning, MRP, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Translate supply-chain business requirements into stable, well-governed M3 configuration and process improvements
- Analyze and develop sustainable business solutions using business intelligence tools and reports
- Research and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance organizational performance
- Follow project management methodologies for requirements definition, planning, risk assessment, and vendor management
- Design, configure, test, and deploy new or enhanced supply-chain ERP solutions and automations
- Provide tier 2–3 support for supply-chain system questions and manage master-data setup and reconciliation
- Configure core M3 supply-chain programs, including settings, sorting orders, and function controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–4+ years of experience in ERP functional/business analysis or implementation with a supply-chain focus
- Experience with Infor M3 preferred (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics also considered)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to document processes and manage outcomes with a focus on stability and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS CPIM or CSCP, ISM CPSM, or Six Sigma certification
- Experience in the chemical, manufacturing, or distribution industry
- Familiarity with EDI order/ship/invoice flows and integration concepts (ION/BODs, APIs)
