Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the full integration lifecycle for major customers from design through deployment and support
• Monitor production systems, integrations, and automated alerts to ensure 24/7 continuous operations
• Serve as a first-line responder for operational alerts and triage complex issues to engineering teams
• Coordinate incident response activities and validate system recovery
• Perform proactive system health checks and routine maintenance to prevent outages
• Build and maintain scripts and automation to monitor system health and generate reports
• Create operational dashboards and reports for internal teams and partners
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and customer support to improve system resilience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in operations, site reliability, NOC, or technical support
• Hands-on experience monitoring production systems, APIs, or data pipelines
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, or Grafana
• Proficiency writing scripts or automation using Python, Bash, or SQL
• Strong understanding of incident management processes and SLA-driven operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for high-pressure incident management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, or message queues
• Experience in healthcare or working with HIPAA-compliant systems
• Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or SaaS production support
• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or real-time data pipelines
