Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise applications
- Monitor processing tasks
- Analyze and follow up on incidents
- Use simple to intermediate SQL queries
- Participate in change committees
- Verify the completeness of requests
- Manage first-level production changes
- Support the Change team during high volume periods
Requirements
- Bac+2 to Bac+5 education
- At least 5 years of experience in operations
- Proficiency in Windows environments
- Ability to use Linux/RedHat environments
- Ability to read and execute SQL queries
- Ability to read and create simple Bash or PowerShell scripts
- Experience using Ansible, GitLab, or Nexus
- Experience with VTOM or similar schedulers
- Ability to interpret alerts from monitoring tools like Centreon, Grafana, or Splunk
