Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support leadership strategically in the restructuring of the unit's Operations and Maintenance sector
• Lead and support digitalization initiatives, including fleet digitalization and production control plans
• Conduct technical diagnostics in industrial units to reduce operational losses and increase OEE
• Develop and implement standardized maintenance controls to improve operational efficiency
• Create and maintain automated tools using Power Automate to integrate processes
• Travel regularly to company operations to provide technical support and identify improvement opportunities
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational risks in critical processes ensuring EHS compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Mining or Materials Engineering (completed or in progress between 2023 and late 2026)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Availability for regular travel
