Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute the operational process of accrediting and de-accrediting partner brokers on the platform
• Manage user access and operational skill configurations manually and with attention to detail
• Monitor regional capacity to balance broker availability with customer demand by neighborhood and city
• Support Growth in experiments focused on prospecting and acquiring new brokers
• Keep daily workflows organized, meeting deadlines and avoiding operational backlogs

Requirements

• Recent graduate or current student in a related technical or higher education program
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for operational controls and data handling
• Structured logical reasoning and interest in developing analytical skills
• Highly organized, hands-on profile with strong attention to detail
• Good time management to handle daily routines and strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in operational support, back office, or customer service
• Coursework or extracurricular interest in data analysis, metrics, or automation
