Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead operational onboarding for retirement and wealth management clients
• Perform Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) screening and document investigation
• Calculate and validate managed account fees based on contractual schedules and asset tiers
• Reconcile billing outputs and resolve discrepancies in partnership with Finance and clients
• Analyze errors, identify root causes, and recommend preventive controls
• Maintain documentation, internal controls, and audit readiness across operational processes
• Support automation initiatives and AI workflow enhancements to improve efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, business operations, or an analyst role
• Experience working in regulated, risk-aware, or control-focused environments
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for transaction processing, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience using digital tools, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site with a shift timing of 2 PM - 11 PM IST
