Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting and forecasting for the R&D organization, specifically focusing on cloud consumption spend such as AWS and Snowflake
• Assist with optimizing software usage and vendor engagements by analyzing usage and partnering with Procurement
• Develop and maintain resources and processes to support managers of contingent workers in technical domains
• Contribute to the execution of Engineering organization initiatives, including the rollout and analysis of annual surveys
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve processes and resources that drive efficiency across the R&D organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in a professional or corporate environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and a curiosity to learn
