Operations Analyst - Fintech

Responsibilities

• Detect operational deviations and implement necessary actions to optimize processes and performance
• Collaborate with internal Operations stakeholders, other business areas, and external entities following best practices
• Participate in the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects to improve user experience and impact the P&L
• Analyze and propose improvements to maximize the performance of Mercado Pago and add value to the operation

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 2 years of experience in similar operational or analytical roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable
