Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day sample planning tools and incorporate forecasts to drive replenishment decisions
• Generate recommended actions for backorders and partner with Customer Experience teams
• Track backorder trends by SKU to identify chronic supply issues
• Manage the cross-functional new product launch playbook and track milestones
• Execute system changes for SKU setup in WMS, OMS, and Shopify
• Implement carrier territory changes and maintain carrier routing data
• Build and maintain carrier performance KPIs including on-time and exception rates
• Collect data for EOM close and deliver monthly readouts to senior leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting for inventory investment and operational expenses

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operations planning, inventory management, supply chain, or operations finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience managing inventory strategy in a multi-SKU environment
• Experience supporting month-end close and operational financial reporting
• Proficiency with Airtable, Sigma, Shopify, or similar platforms
• High attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data into summaries
