Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end accountability for operational outcomes within the Government/National Security stream
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for post-deployment issues and advanced troubleshooting
• Lead the operational rollout of hardware and specialized services including integration and onboarding
• Execute rigorous QA for weekly releases to validate compatibility across device, OS, and network layers
• Codify complex technical processes into comprehensive internal and external field manuals and playbooks

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in technical operations or mission support within military, law enforcement, or national security
• Active Secret clearance (minimum) with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing CONUS or OCONUS/Deployed supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android) and regression testing
• Familiarity with RF communications, cellular architecture (LTE/5G), or complex signal flows
